Each project has a fixed scope, typically 4 to 8 weeks, and a defined result. You keep everything we build: the models, the code and the data.
Models you own, trained on your data
Many organizations hold years of records, documents, logs or sensor data that general-purpose AI services have never seen and cannot use well. Sending that data to an outside provider is often not an option. Depending on one also leaves you exposed to its pricing, its terms and its decisions about who gets access.
You receive an open-weight model adapted to your data and running on infrastructure you control. You also receive the pipeline to retrain it as your data changes, and a record of how it performs on cases drawn from your own work.
Knowledge systems from your documents
The answers to many questions are spread across thousands of reports, manuals and files. Search finds documents, but it does not tell you what they say together.
You receive a structured knowledge base built from your documents, organized around the people, things and relationships that matter in your work. Questions are answered with citations to the source documents. Your team can inspect the knowledge base, correct it and extend it as new documents arrive.
From feasibility to prototype
You think AI could help with a task, but you are not sure it will work on your data, at your scale and within your constraints.
You receive a working prototype on a sample of your real data and a written account of what worked and what did not. It ends with a recommendation to proceed, change course or stop. If you proceed, the prototype is the starting point for the next stage.
